• Date of booking to 30 days prior to travel: 30% deposit, balance non-refundable.
• 30 to 15 days prior to travel: 50% cancellation.
• 15 to 7 days prior to travel: 75% cancellation.
• 0 to 7 days prior to travel or No-show: 100% cancellation.

• 50 days before departure: Booking amount or Rs.10,000 per person.
• 49-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
• 29-01 days before departure: 100% of total cost.
• No Show Due To Any Reason: 100% of total cost.

• Flight booking: Full payment required to issue the ticket.
• Land Part: 25% of the Total Land Package at the time of booking and the rest 75%, 45 days prior to the departure.
• If Travel is Within 45 days: Full payment required.
• In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
• Tour can be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
• No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
• SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up.
